A Peregrine, like the falcon that also bears the name, is a wanderer. Wanderers are driven by curiosity and a passion for discovery. This passion for learning new things has taken Chef Andrew to a lot of interesting places!

 

He has cooked for famous bands, UFC fighters, reality shows, million-dollar
mansions, and some of the biggest employers in the world. With nearly 30 years of experience as a Chef, starting out in a family-owned steakhouse at 15 and transitioning to fast-casual joints after high school.

 

After receiving his Culinary Arts degree in 2001, he worked in convention hotels in Orlando, FL. His fascination with science earned him a BA in Chemistry in 2014, which led him to multiple publications in that field. Through the years he has also published over a dozen articles on cooking, food safety, and operations management. After getting his CDM license, he worked to elevate the food in healthcare communities, post-acute, and rehabilitation. After making millions for other people, he finally went into business for himself in 2021. Other interests include reading, science, drawing, guitar,piano, and fitness.
